As the investment arm
of HWL in Mainland China, Hutchison China is actively engaged in
a number of ventures and other activities.
These investments include the manufacture & distribution of healthcare,
personal care, TCM and pharmaceutical products, the provision of aircraft
maintenance, engineering and cabin cleaning services, the provision of
logistics services, the operation of a rice farm and rice trading, hotel
ownership as well as the manufacture of optical transmission equipment.

Hutchison China's principal objective is to seek out
and assist business partners to build new enterprise with
significant growth leading to market leadership.
We aim to achieve value in the medium to long term
by exploiting the domestic market potential in the Greater
China region. We
will channel our efforts into selected high growth, high return
sectors. These
sectors include but not limited to Health Care (particularly
traditional Chinese medicine, health food and lifesciences),
Distribution and Logistics.
