Corporate Overview
Hutchison Whampoa (China) Limited (“Hutchison China”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CK Hutchison Holdings Limited (“CK Hutchison”), a renowned multinational conglomerate committed to innovation and technology. CK Hutchison’s diverse array of holding ranges from some of the world’s biggest port operators and retailers, to reliable infrastructure companies and leading mobile multimedia telecommunication networks.
As the investment arm of CK Hutchison in China, Hutchison China is actively engaged in a number of ventures and other activities in Mainland China and Hong Kong. These investments include the provision of aircraft maintenance and engineering, the manufacture and sale of household and industrial detergent products, the distribution of consumer goods, the provision of logistics services and the operation of a rice farm and rice trading.
Hutchison China's principal objective is to seek out and assist business partners to build new enterprise with significant growth leading to market leadership. We aim to achieve value in the medium to long term by exploiting the domestic market potential in the Greater China region. We will channel our efforts into selected high growth, high return sectors.
